2lbs medium sized shrimps
3 ripe tomatoes, finely diced
2 onions, finely diced
2 cloves garlic
7oz feta cheese
1 bay leaf
1 teacup olive oil

Cooking Directions: 

- In a pot, sauté the onions in the oil.
-  Add the diced tomatoes, the garlic, the bay leaf, the salt and pepper, and an adequate amount of water.
- Cook the sauce roe about 30 minutes.
- Drop the cleaned shrimps into the sauce and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat.
- Place both shrimps and sauce in Pyrex dish, spread thin slices of feta over them and bake in a strong oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
