Ingredients: 

30 large snails
Half cup olive oil
1 tablespoon flour
Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
 

Cooking Directions: 

- Soak the snails in cold water for five hours, covered well.
- Cook for 8 minutes in boiling water with vinegar and salt.
- Rinse well and throw away the snails whose head have not appeared.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the snails and stir for 8-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Stir, add 3 tablespoons of vinegar, cover for 2-3 minutes and serve immediately in the sauce.
