Spaghetti with cream

1lb 2oz medium sized spaghetti 
6oz black olives
7oz ham, sliced
7oz parmesan cheese, grated
6oz butter
6oz heavy cream (Creme Fraiche)

Cooking Time: 
20-30 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Boil plenty of salted water in a pot. Add the spaghetti. Be careful not to overcook them. When they are done, cool them down with much fresh water and drain.
- Melt the butter in a pot over a medium fire. Add the ham and the olives and saute for 5 minutes (approximately). 
- Drop the spaghetti and stir with a wooden spoon. Then, add the grated cheese and the cream which has been lightly beaten.
- Serve hot.
