Half kilo (1 lb 2 oz) medium sized spaghetti
150 grams (6 oz) black olives 
200 grams (7 oz) ham, sliced
200 grams (7 oz) parmesan cheese, grated
150 grams (6 oz) butter
150 grams (6 oz) heavy cream (Creme Fraiche)

Cooking Directions: 

- Boil plenty of salted water in a pot. Add the spaghetti. Be careful not to overcook them. 
- When they are done, cool them down with much fresh water and drain.
- Melt the butter in a pot over a medium fire. 
- Add the ham and the olives and saute for 5 minutes (approximately). 
- Drop the spaghetti and stir with a wooden spoon. Then, add the grated cheese and the cream which has been lightly beaten.
- Serve hot.
