1lb pastry
2lbs spinach
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2-3 spring onions, finely sliced
2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
10oz feta cheese, crumbled
3 eggs
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Cooking Directions: 

- In a pot, sauté the onions lightly in the oil.
- Shred the well washed spinach roughly, drain it well and add it to the onions; season with salt and pepper and sauté everything for another 10 minutes.
- Add the feta cheese, crumbled dill and mix.
- Cut the pastry into long strips, about 2 inches wide.
- Take two strips together and brush all over the surface with oil; place a teaspoon of the stuffing widthwise near the one end to the strip.
- Fold the edge, near the filling, over it, in shape of a cigar and then roll it down to the far end of the strip.
- Make sure the filling does not spill out; bake in a medium oven for about 35 minutes.
