Ingredients: 

12 eggs
500 grams (1 lb 2 oz) spinach 
2-3 spring onions, finely sliced
300 grams (11 oz) refined oil
2 tablespoons dill
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Salt
Pepper 
 

Cooking Time: 
30 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Clean and wash the spinach and shred ic roughly. 
- In a por, saute the onions in one teacup oil. Add the spinach, the dill, the nutmeg, a small amount of water, season to taste, and let them cook for about 15 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove the spinach from the fire and prepare each serving portion as follows: 
   In a small pyrex pan, spread two tablespoons of the spinach mixture, break 2 or 3 eggs over it and bake in a medium oven for 5 minutes. 
- Continue this process, until all the eggs are cooked. Serve hot.
