2lbs squids
1lb onions
1 cup olive oil
1 cut wine
2 garlic cloves
2 ripe tomatoes, mashed

Cooking Directions: 

- Clean the squid, removing the eyes, mouth and the transparent bone running along the body.
- Wash the squids, drain and cut into pieces.
- Peel the onions and the garlic and cut into pieces
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions and the garlic for a few minutes.
- Add the squid and as soon as they have softened pour in the wine.
- Add the mashed tomatoes, pepper and a little salt and leave to simmer until they are soft and the sauce has thickened.
