Feta cheese, grated
8 teacups beef stock or water
1 tablespoon butter
- Dilute the tomato paste in beef stock (or water), place it in a pot and bring to the boil.
- Add 1 teacup trahana, salt and pepper and cook over a low fire for about half an hour.
- Add a tablespoon of butter and serve the trahana soup garnished with chopped parsley.
- Sprinkle the individual serving with grated feta cheese.
