1/2 kilo (1 lb 2 oz) strained yoghurt
5 cloves garlic, finely grated
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
- Grate and drain the cucumber well. Mix the yoghurt and the grated cucumber.
- Add the finely grated garl. Finlly pour in the olive oil and vinegar alternately mixing with a mixer.
- Season to taste and ser «tzatziki» as a appetizer.
