2 tcacups flour
2 teacups sugar
300 grams (11 oz) yoghurt (made from cow's milk)
250 grams (9 oz) butter
Beat butter and sugar together until fluffy and then add the eggs, one-by-one, beating constantly.
Next, mix in the yoghurt and sift the flour and baking powder.
Continue to beat until the batter is fluid.
Place the mixture in a buttered pan and bake in a medium oven for about an hour.
