1 cup strained plain or thick Greek yoghurt
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill, plus extra to garnish (optional)
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly blended.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator. Garnish with chopped dill, if you like.
- This is a delicious dip for raw or fried vegetables and shellfish.
