2lbs flour
Half lb yoghurt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegetable oil
Half cup water.

Cooking Time: 
about 15 minutes
Cooking Directions: 

- Place the flour in a large bowl and stir in the salt and the soda.
- Make a well in the centre of the flour and pour into this the oil, yogurt and water.
- Knead the mixture until it forms a firm, smooth dough.
- Shape it into a ball, cover and leave for half an hour.
- Knead once more and roll out into a sheet 3mm thick.
- Cut out circles of the dough about 15cm in diameter and prick with a fork.
- Fry in a little oil for 3-4 minutes.
